29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) 1201 RMB Court, Fountain, CO 80817: On or about February 28, 2023, and at time prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from cutting materials into various sizes with a DoALL Bandsaw with the blade of the DoALL Bandsaw not being guarded on non-working portions of the blade.
