Warehouse location U-01 - On or about March 1, 2023, Employees were working where the rack systems upright stanchion cross brace at approximately 1 foot off the ground and another at approximately 4 feet was damaged but had not been reevaluated to determine if it remained in a safe working condition.  d. Warehouse location V-14 - On or about March 1, 2023, Employees were working where the rack systems upright stanchion was damaged at the bottom of the leg but had not been reevaluated to determine if it remained in a safe working condition.  e.  Warehouse location A2 - On or about March 1, 2023, Employees were working where the rack systems upright stanchion was damaged at the bottom of the leg but had not been reevaluated to determine if it remained in a safe working condition.
