29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(ii):The point of operation of machine(s) whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: a) Residential Construction located on Lot # 2248 at 361 Shasta Court, Hoschton, GA 30548: Ground Floor: On or about 02/27/23, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to severe laceration and/or amputation hazards in that the SKIL Miter Saw had a non-functional guard as it did not retract immediately after the cut was made.
