29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Location: Production Area On or about 03/01/2023 a fire extinguisher was blocked by plastic storage containers on a cart in an area where grinding and polishing occur and employees are permitted to use a fire extinguisher.
