OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to vehicular struck-by and crushing hazards: On or about February 22, 2023, an employee serving as a spotter while conducting wash crew duties was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when guiding a MCI J4500 Charter Coach into the wash bay at the Champaign IL Facility. The employer had not established adequate procedures for employees spotting and backing a bus into the wash bay area.
