29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets:  a. At a temporary commercial worksite, located at 1526 Kings Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32209; On or about March 1, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to  head injuries, in that hard hats were not utilized by employees while hand plywood up to other employees working above them.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.  At a temporary commercial  worksite, at 1526 Kings Road, in Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On or about March 1 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of 10 feet, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employee while sheathing the wall.
