29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) (Construction Reference 29 CFR 1926.59):   On March 1, 2023, at the worksite, the employer did not have safety datasheets for products such as but not limited to Lehigh White Masonry Cement.

29 CFR  1926.50(g):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) At the front and back of building 12, eye wash stations were not available for employees mixing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Lehigh White Masonry Cement.  b) At building 13 eye wash stations were not available for employees mixing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Lehigh White Masonry Cement.  c) At building 14. eye wash stations were not available for employees mixing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Lehigh White Masonry Cement.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i):  Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:  a) At the jobsite, on the front side of building 12, employees were applying stones onto the building from a scaffold where no guardrail system was installed along the open sides.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(xv):Crossbracing is acceptable in place of a midrail when the crossing point of two braces is between 20 inches (0.5 m) and 30 inches (0.8 m) above the work platform or as a toprail when the crossing point of two braces is between 38 inches (0.97 m) and 48 inches (1.3 m) above the work platform. The end points at each upright shall be no more than 48 inches (1.3 m) apart.  a) At the jobsite, on building 13, where employees were applying stone to the exterior of the building from the scaffold without midrails.  b) At the jobsite on building 12, where employees were applying stone to the exterior of the building from the scaffold without midrails.
