29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 9554 S. Twenty Mile Rd. , Bldg. 4., Parker CO. n or about 03/01/2023, and at time prior, Strong Framing, LLC, did not ensure  subcontracted employees conducting framing operations were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while working on a new four story residential apartment building.  (b) 9540 S. Twenty Mile Rd. , Bldg. 1., Parker CO. n or about 03/01/2023, and at time prior, Strong Framing, LLC, did not ensure  subcontracted employees conducting framing operations were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while working on a new four story residential apartment building.  Strong Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), Duty to have fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1616686, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on December 05, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 405 SW Hawthorne Lane, Blue Springs, MO 64014.
