29 CFR 1926.502(d)(19): Personal fall arrest systems and components subjected to impact loading were not immediately removed from service and/or were reused before they were inspected by a competent person and determined to be suitable for reuse: a) At Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision, Lot 440, Huron Lane Hoschton, Georgia: On or about February 27, 2023, where a worker performing siding operations was observed exposed to fall hazards of 10-feet to the lower level in that the decelerator lanyard attached to the harness provided to him had been visibly used for a fall where the decelerator was visibly deployed.
