29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Social Security Administration, 1250 South Buffalo Drive, Suite 150, Las Vegas, Nevada: On or about March 2, 2023, the employer did not ensure the relocatable power tap/power strip was installed and/or used in a workman-like manner and in accordance with the manufacture's recommendation. A power strip used to supply 110-120 volts to a Haler Beverage Center, Model HC125FVS, SN H2006603266 and an Emerson Microwave, Model No. MW1161SB, SN 912013094MM in the managers breakroom was potentially overloaded, and exposed employees who operated the appliances and those working in the immediate vicinity, to electrical and/or fire hazards.
