29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) On March 2, 2023, at the worksite located at 2311 Day Star Lane, SUMMIT, WI 53066, an employee was painting trim of a residential home from an elevated aerial lift without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to an approximately 13 foot fall hazard to the ground below.
