29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. a) 2076 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, Georgia 30504: On or about February 25, 2023, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14 feet to equipment and a tile floor below, in that the employer did not provide enough fall protection to employee to prevent the fall hazard of the hole.
