29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 361 Shasta Court, Lot 2248, Hoschton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers were observed exposed to approximately a 10-ft. fall hazard from the lower roof and an approximately 20-ft. fall from the eves of the 6/12 pitch upper roof in that the employer did not require the lower worker to wear personal fall protection and did not enforce the upper two workers to connect.
