29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2):Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: Or or about February 22, 2023, at 8967 Pleasantwood Avenue NorthWest, North Canton, OH 44720, the employer failed to ensure machine guarding on the Cincinnati Brake Press Serial Number 54751 sheet follower did not create a hazard in that an amputation occurred due to a pinch point while an employee was utilizing the sheet follower.
