29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 755 Rainbow Road, Windsor CT 06095: On or about March 03, 20923, the employer failed to exercise reasonable diligence to ensure that their employees contracted to disinfect cleanroom areas with sporicidal disinfectants including a corrosive Category 1 Spor-Klenz Ready To Use Cold Sterilant (Product Code: 6525) solution were provided effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment.
