29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) 4455 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO: An N95 mask in the milling room was not stored in a way to protect it from contamination. The N95 mask was stored upside down on a pillar in the middle of the milling room, exposing employees who wear the N95 mask to contamination.
