Rocky Mountain Truck Service: On or about March 1, 2023, and at time prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from a missing guard on the Chicago Pneumatic hydraulic press that was used to press bearings. b. Rocky Mountain Truck Service: On or about March 1, 2023, and at time prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating the Dayton 6 speed drill press with a missing chuck guard.
