29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c). On or about March 2, 2023, at an excavation site located at SE 19th and Dale in Moore, OK, three employees were observed working in a excavation more than 5 feet in depth without adequate protective systems in place, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.
