Location: 2220 91st St., North Bergen, NJ 07047 On or about: March 3, 2023  a) Damaged rack system uprights supports and anchor points were not taken out of service, repaired, or replaced before battery stations were stored on them. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards on a daily basis when parking equipment and/or taking equipment at the charging stations.
