29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A) Tire Tank: On or about March 1, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards from a flexible extension cord used in place of permanent wiring to energize overhead winch used to lift and lower tires into the water.
