29 CFR  1926.62(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that at least the following lead hazards were communicated to employee(s): reproductive/developmental toxicity; central nervous system effects; kidney effects; blood effects; and acute toxicity effects.  75 Frontage Road, Suite 101, North Stonington, CT 06359:  On or about March 03, 2023, the employer failed to provide initial information and training on the health hazards associated with lead exposure to employees that were exposed at the worksite they were assigned to. Employees performed activities that suspended dust while scraping, sanding, and using compressed air for cleaning while restoring lead-based painted windows and doors.
