29 CFR  1926.350(a)(10):Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.   1. Employees were exposed to explosion and burn hazards while working where two acetylene bottles were stored on the side of a bottle cage without a barrier to adjacent oxygen bottles.   2.  Employees were exposed to explosion and burn hazards while working near a bottle cart contain an oxygen and acetylene  fuel gas bottles  that were not in use and not separated by a fire rated barrier.
