On or about March 02, 2023, at NW corner of the building in construction located at 7730 Wilds Loop, Wildwood, FL: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that an employee was working from the bucket of an aerial lift Genie S45-HF while performing siding work, standing on the top rail of the guardrail system and was not wearing a body belt or personal fall arrest system.

On or about March 02, 2023, at NW corner of the building in construction located at 7730 Wilds Loop, Wildwood, FL: the employer exposed employee to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees working from the bucket of an aerial lift SkyJack SJ45T while performing siding work.
