29 CFR  1910.107(b)(10): Transparent panels used for illumination of spray booth(s) did not effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit(s) were located:  a) 729 Dawson Drive Newark, DE 19713: On or about March 6, 2023, CSHO observed employees worked in the paint booth with a damaged and cracked vapor tight wired glass panel used in isolating the lighting system and associated electrical wiring, this compromised the integrity of the explosion-proof of the lighting unit.

NOTE: A written program shall include descriptions of how the criteria for the following will be met:  1. Labeling and other forms of warning 2. Safety Data Sheets 3. Employee information and training  Additionally a list of Hazardous chemicals known to be present in the work place must be compiled. Methods used  to inform employees of the hazards associated with non-routine task. The written program must be made available upon request.
