29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a) On or about February 28, 2023, at BASF Corporation's Surfactant Plant located at 8404 River Road, Geismar, LA; an employee installed an interior light fixture in the ceiling of the vestibule area in close proximity to live electrical wiring that was not de-energized without a written hazard assessment of the procedure.
