29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest. On or about March 6, 2023, employees were working from the roof of a building and were not in use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground.
