The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a. At a temporary jobsite, located at or near 5120 Magnolia Valley Dr. Jacksonville, Florida: On or about March 6, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that a body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached or utilized to the boom or basket while the employee was transported to and from the ground level and a third story roof.
