Hillsboro Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614, On or about March 7, 2023 , at the back of the store - employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that, the emergency exit door path was obstructed with dolly hand trucks, display racks, floor scrappers. Circle K Stores Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at at 4150 W. Hillsboro Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614.
