29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about 7 March 2023, employees of Yadi's 13 Inc were exposed to fall hazards on a one-story residential building located at 2967 Oakmoor Drive in Saint Charles, Missouri. The employees were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. An employee fell from the roof one week prior to the inspection.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye. On or about 28 February 2023, an employee of Yadi's 13 Inc was hospitalized after being injured from falling from the roof of a residential building. The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours of the incident. OSHA learned of the hospitalization through a referral on 7 March 2023.
