This was most recently documented on or about March 7, 2023 at 1517 Central Avenue, Kearney, Nebraska. The employer did not ensure employees engaging in sanding activities were protected from respiratory hazards, including but not limited to dusts, in that the employer did not fit test employees prior to use of tight-fitting N-95 respirators which were required for sanding activities.
