29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) Throughout the Facility; On or about March 7, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that the portable fire extinguishers are not visually inspected on a monthly basis. Employees can use the fire extinguishers to fight incipient fires. The H & F Bread Co, LLC dba Ideation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539633, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 1070 Atlanta Industrial Dr Marietta, GA 30066.
