29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B):The employer did not ensure that Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP) training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually. a) Wal-Mart Store East, LP on or about March 1, 2023 at the address of 1355 S. McCord Rd. Holland, OH 43528: The employer failed to ensure annual BBP training was provided to an employee who performed bloodborne pathogens or other protentional infectious material cleaning and/or sanitation tasks. Due to this condition, the employee was not adequately trained to recognized hazards associated with bloodborne pathogen exposure, exposing them to potential bloodborne pathogen hazards.
