29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about 03/08/2023, at Crosstown Parkway (west of Sandia Drive) in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, an employee engaged in painting streetlights was exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without a means of fall protection such as a full body harness or belt attached to the boom or basket.
