29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. A) S. Washington Street, Tarrytown, NY (Public Parking Lot): Employees were exposed to head injuries while working in close proximity to an active and moving Komatsu excavator. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about December 5th, 2022.
