The employer did not ensure that employees were wearing eye and face protection, while exposed to a struck by hazard, on or about 3/6/23.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 29 Lafayette Street, Spring Valley, NY (New Residential Construction): Employees were required to install roofing material on a residential home, and were exposed to a fall hazard of over 30 feet above the lower surface, without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 3/6/23.
