29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were conducted by a competent person: On March 8, 2023 at the jobsite located at 3252 Sixth Street West, West Fargo, ND, employees of the subcontractors were exposed overexposure to carbon monoxide from a natural gas heater running every day for a week in the parking garage as well as skid steer operating indoors. The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections to ensure the safety of the employees working inside.
