29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a - Building 801 Felix Way, Westampton NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 28 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from steep roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with an lanyard or another approved means.  Condition observed on or about 03/07/23.    IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
