29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent:   a) MTN1 Amazon Fulfillment Center in Wilmington, DE (AFE Pack Station 205-03 / Chutings Area): On or about 3/27/2023, the employer failed to classify a work-related injury as an injury requiring days away from work in column H and failed to record the number of days away from work on their OSHA Form 300 or equivalent form for the calendar year 2023. An employee who, while standing in an awkward position trying to catch objects falling from an upper chute, was struck by one of these objects sustaining an injury to the left arm.  Amazon, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.7(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589647, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 550 Oak Ridge Road, Hazleton, PA,18202.
