29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)Absolute Construction, Inc.  at 5400 and 5402 West Cardinal Cove Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to March 8, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that frequent and regular site inspections were conducted.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards and ladder hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a)Absolute Construction, Inc.  at 5400 and 5402 West Cardinal Cove Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57106 on or about and at times prior to March 8, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting residential framing operations.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
