29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which was completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. (a) On or about March 8, 2023 at 7348 Madelyn Lane South Fargo North Dakota, employees using a tale saw to rip sheets of OSB that was not equipped with a guard were exposed to hazards associated with contacting the cutting blade of a saw.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied. (a) On or about March 8th, 2023, at or near 7348 Madelyn Lane South Fargo, North Dakota, an employee was nailing sheathing at a height of approximately 10ft while working from a platform that was not secured to prevent the platform from sliding off the forklift tines.
