Employees were required to use N95 filtering facepiece respirators when working in production to handle chemicals, apply mold release, and in finishing when grinding and buffing.

Employees used a 7-inch Makita portable grinder to remove flash from the casting process. Contact with unguarded rotary equipment may result in serious injury.
