29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) On March 8, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while repairing parapet wall  from tubular welded frame scaffold platform elevated approximately 36 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On  March 8, 2023, employees engaged in the repairing of a  parapet wall were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 36 feet from the roof of building.   b) On March 8, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working around unprotected skylights.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
