OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to impact, caught-between, and/or fall from the cab of a powered industrial vehicle hazards due to not utilizing operator restraints: (a) On or about March 9, 2023, at an establishment located at 1474 Guy Ave., Barron, WI 54812, employees working in the main storage warehouse, were exposed to hazards associated with tip over and collision incidents due to misuse of manufacturer installed operators restrains. The seatbelts were latched behind the seats to keep the alarm from sounding during operation.
