This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about March 9, 2023, employee engaged in residential construction activities without fall protection. This exposed the employee to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet. The Dany Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1530429, citation number 01 item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1060 Leticia Rivera Place El Paso, Texas 79932.
