29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): an employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which was used: Monarch Apartments Project: Building 10: On and/or before March 07, 2023, employees used hazardous chemicals such Westpac Red Dot and WD40 without safety data sheets being available onsite which potentially exposed employees to upper respiratory and eye irritation. Abatement Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of this chapter.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): the employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Monarch Apartment Project: Building 10: On and/or before March 07, 2023, employees used a plastic spray bottle secondary container with clear liquid inside. The employer did not ensure containers had prominently displayed labels showing product name, manufacturer information, associated hazards, and warnings. The employees were potentially exposed to eye irritations. Abatement Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of this chapter.
