29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a. On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, located at 2075 Garrison Way, Lot 273, in Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043: On or about March 8, 2023, the employer Parker Brother Construction, Inc. failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Southern Sheeting Company, Inc. protected its employees from eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using pneumatic nail guns to install decking.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a.  On a 5:12 pitched roof of a residential worksite,  located at 2075 Garrison Way, Lot 273, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043:  the employer Parker Brother Construction, Inc. failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Southern Sheeting Company, Inc. protected its employees from fall hazards ranging from 8 feet to 16-feet 4-inches, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while installing decking.
