29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1): Protective face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:   a. On or about March 03, 2023, in the railcar garage, an unloader was required to clear a hose line after removing water from 4s's railcar. The hose line was not cleared of hot water before the employee disconnected  the hose, resulting in hot water splashing onto the unloader's face and neck.  The employer did not ensure the unloader used a protective faceshield while clearing the line of pressurized hot water, thereby exposing the employee to burns to the face and neck.
