Condition observed on or about 03/10/2023.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in metal roof panel installation activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the asphalt below as a personal fall arrest harness was worn but not secured via anchorage point to prevent falls. Condition observed on or about 03/10/2023.
