1926.21(b)(2)  The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.   a) Lot 1 at the Acadia Landing development in Lewes, DE: On or about March 8, 2023, CSHO observed employees performing sheeting work on a residential structure  at heights of approximately 16 feet above the ground level installing without any means of fall protection.
