29 CFR  1910.178(l)(1)(i): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602 (d):   a)  At 21456 Coastal Gateway Boulevard, Building 7 Craft Farms, Gulf Shores,  Alabama:  On March 10, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to operate a telescopic handler on site without being trained or certified to operate the powered industrial truck.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:    a)  At 21456 Coastal Gateway Boulevard, Building 7 Craft Farms, Gulf Shores,  Alabama:  On March 10, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform house wrapping activities from a sheet of plywood on the blades of a telescopic handler exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  up to 12 feet  to the ground below.
